Anowar Hossain\, President of ESDAA\, featured three accomplished BCS cadre alumni from the Environmental Science discipline. \nSpeakers: \n\nAnuja Mandal: Senior Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate at District Administration\, Bagerhat (ES 04 Batch)\nRasel Munshi: Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate at District Administration\, Gopalganj (ES 14 Batch)\nKaniz Fatema: Additional Superintendent of Police at Bangladesh Police (ES 05 Batch)\n\nThese distinguished speakers shared their expert advice\, strategic preparation tips\, and motivational support\, helping attendees to enhance their readiness for the BCS exam. \nParticipants benefited from a range of topics covered during the webinar\, including: \n\nEffective Study Techniques: Alumni shared proven study strategies and resources that helped them succeed in the BCS exams.\nTime Management: Insights on how to efficiently manage time during preparation and on the exam day.\nExam Insights: Detailed analysis of the BCS exam structure and types of questions to expect.\nMotivational Support: Encouraging words and personal experiences that inspired and motivated participants.\n\nThe attendees expressed their gratitude for the practical advice and comprehensive guidance provided during the session. Many found the tips on handling exam pressure and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset particularly useful.
